We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially for peak wedding season (May-October):

• 9-12 months in advance: Ideal for popular dates and peak season
• 6-9 months: Good availability for most dates
• 3-6 months: Limited availability, but we often have openings
• Last minute: Contact us! We sometimes have cancellations

To reserve your date, we require a 50% retainer and signed contract. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding.

All deliveries are made through your private online gallery with easy download and sharing options. During peak season (May-October), delivery times may extend by 1-2 weeks.

• Second photographer: $400 (provides multiple angles and more coverage)
